Cymdeithas Madog has two audio cassette tapes and one CD available to help Welsh language students begin their study. Here is a short description of each of these products.

The Cymdeithas Madog Guide To Welsh Folk Songs: The Cymdeithas Madog Guide to Welsh Folk Songs CD contains a selection of 16 traditional folk songs we love singing at Cwrs Cymraeg. You'll hear beloved favorites like "Ar hyd y nos", "Ar lan y Môr," and "Y Mochyn Du", as well as "Hen Wlad fy Nhadau" and that tongue twister, "Cyfri'r geifr." The performer is Meredith Roberts, who teaches frequently on our Welsh language courses. She has directed the choir and has led our communal singing as well. On the CD each song has two tracks, so you’ll hear Meredith pronounce the words first and then sing the songs, with a simple guitar accompaniment. In all, a good hour's worth of language help and musical enjoyment!

The New Cymdeithas Madog Guide To Welsh Pronunciation: A short tape designed to help you with the basics of Welsh language pronunciation. Listen and practice the sounds you'll need to speak Welsh with Hefina Phillips, a frequent teacher on Cymdeithas Madog's Welsh language courses.

The Cymdeithas Madog Guide To Welsh Hymn Lyrics: Looking to take part in a cymanfa ganu Welsh hymn festival, but unsure of the Welsh lyrics? Here are the Welsh words for a number of hymns in the Welsh National Gymanfa Ganu Association hymnal read for you by Hefina Phillips, a frequent teacher on Cymdeithas Madog's Welsh language courses
