lfan Astudiaethau Cymreig Gogledd America. Mae Dan hefyd yn rhan o’r tîm sy’n trefnu Gŵyl Cymru Gogledd America. Mae’n gyn-lywydd yr Urdd ac yn 2026 enillodd Gwobr Mered y Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol.
Dan Rowbotham is originally from Llangeitho in Ceredigion, Wales, and has been a Welsh language Instructor since 2018. He now serves as Director of the Madog Center for Welsh Studies at the University of Rio Grande / Rio Grande Community College in Ohio—North America’s only dedicated center for Welsh studies. Dan is also on the team that organizes the North American Festival of Wales. He is a past president of the Urdd and at the National eisteddfod in 2016 was awarded the prestigious Gwobr Mered award.
