Cyrsiau ar gyfer dechreuwyr, sy’n cyflwyno dywediadau cyfarwydd ac ymadroddion sylfaenol iawn. Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu sgwrsio mewn ffordd syml ac yn gallu dweud rhywbeth amdanyn nhw eu hunain, e.e. ble maen nhw’n byw.
A course for beginners, which introduces familiar everyday expressions and simple phrases. Learners will be able to converse in a basic way and will be able to say something about themselves. e.g. where they live.

Ar y lefel yma, bydd dysgwyr yn gallu deall brawddegau ac ymadroddion sy’n cael eu defnyddio’n aml ac sy’n gysylltiedig â phynciau pob dydd. Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu sgwrsio am eu cefndir a’u milltir sgwâr, a siarad am wybodaeth bersonol neu deuluol; byddan nhw’n gallu dweud rhywbeth am eu gwaith a’u diddordebau.
At this level, learners will be able to understand frequently used expressions and phrases relating to day-to-day topics. Learners will be able to talk about their background, family and local area and share personal information; they will be able to something about their work and interests
Canolradd / Intermediate B1
Disgrifiad o’r gallu ieithyddol – Description of linguistic ability
Mae’r lefel yma’n addas i ddysgwyr sy’n gyfarwydd â’r rhan fwyaf o patrymau’r Gymraeg. Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu defnyddio’r Gymraeg mewn sefyllfaoedd cyfarwydd yn y gwaith, yr ysgol a gweithgareddau hamdden. Byddan nhw’n gallu ysgrifennu neu ddweud rhywbeth i ddisgrifio profiadau a gobeithion, gan roi rhesymau ac esboniadau am safbwyntiau a chynlluniau.
This level is suitable for learners who are familiar with most Welsh language patters. Learners will be able to use the Welsh language in familiar situations at work, school and during leisure activities. They will be able to write or say something to describe experiences and hopes, giving their reasons and explanations for opinions and plans
Uwch / Advanced B2
Disgrifiad o’r gallu ieithyddol – Description of linguistic ability
Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu trafod pynciau a themâu o bob math ar y lefel yma. Bydd dysgwyr yn gallu sgwrsio a thrafod yn eithaf rhugl a digymell, a chynhyrchu testun clir, manwl ar ystod eang o bynciau.
At this level, learners will be able to discuss subjects and themes of all kinds. Learners will be able to converse and discuss quite fluently and spontaneously, and produce clear, detailed written material on a wide range of subjects.
